At Last Straw we are committed to delivering your specialty coffee as fresh as possible. All orders are roasted and packed with care before being dispatched to ensure you receive the highest quality product.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Within UAE
We offer standard and express delivery across the UAE. Delivery times are as follows:

Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days
Express Delivery: 1 to 2 business days

Free shipping is available on all orders over 200 AED within the UAE.

International Shipping
At this time we primarily ship within the UAE. For international shipping inquiries please contact us at [your email] and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use these details to track your delivery in real time.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
